  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. We appreciate using your vacuum & mop if you have available, although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable.
  • Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you.
  • What if I have pets in my home?
    We welcome your furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We ask that you have them in a kennel or confined in a specific area while we clean, if at all possible.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    No, you are not bound to a contract. We want you to WANT us there!
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my visit?
    In the event that you reschedule, skip, add to, or cancel your service, we ask that clients give a 48-hour notice. Without a 48-hour notice, the client will be charged 50% of the cleaning. Cancellations on the same day of service for any reason will be charged the FULL rate of service. All cancellations must be made through our office. NOTE: All cancellations will also cause the rate for your next cleaning to increase to the next level. (Example: If a client is serviced weekly and skips a cleaning, the client will need to pay the biweekly rate for the next weekly cleaning. If a client is serviced biweekly and skips a cleaning, the client will pay the monthly rate for their next cleaning.)
  • What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
    Before the team leaves the property , we ask that the client inspect the home/clean to make sure everything is up to par. If there is anything that the team needs to go over we will do so then. Once we leave the property there is no returning to "re-clean" . No monetary refunds are given. All work performed is done to the best of our ability.
  • Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?
    No! You simply fill out the online booking form to see an estimate. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed by email or on the phone once you’ve received the quote.
  • Do you use Eco-Friendly cleaning products?
    We offer a Eco-Friendly Cleaning option.
  • What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visits?
    You can pay with any major credit card. Credit card can be stored in our system and charged automatically after each visit.
  • Are you Insured, Licensed & Bonded?
    We are insured, bonded & licensed business.
  • Do I have the same cleaner at each visit?
    Our goal is to provide you with the same cleaning team at each visit. With the occasion of illness or booked time off, we would send a different cleaner/team. Our company standard is taught consistently to all our cleaners. If you are ever unsatisfied with your team, we will be sure to find the right fit for you.
  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for my cleaning visit?
    Please tidy up the space of any toys, items and knick-knacks so that our technicians can focus on cleaning.
